Client Challenge
Our client approached Flotex with the goal of transforming a dated family home into a modern, welcoming space that truly fits their lifestyle. While the property held sentimental value, it no longer met the needs of a growing family. The existing layout felt cramped and disconnected, making it difficult to enjoy quality time together.
Lighting was another major concern. Many of the rooms lacked natural light, leaving the home feeling dim and uninviting.
In addition, the storage solutions were outdated and insufficient, leading to constant clutter and limited functionality in key living areas.
The outdated finishes and overall design also didn’t reflect the client’s taste or personality. They wanted a fresh, modern aesthetic that combined comfort with practicality—something stylish enough to impress guests, yet warm and functional for everyday family life.
